Pay: $45 10 per hour (DOE)
Overview:
Our medical practice in Springfield is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to lead and elevate the quality of care for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will mentor a dedicated care team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with clients and caregivers to ensure quality, compliant care
- Oversee caregivers and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to ensure care is delivered properly
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and conduct chart audits for compliance
- Lead orientation and training for new caregivers
- Attend team meetings and collaborate with the care team
Qualifications:
- Active, current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Georgia
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong flexibility, able to redirect priorities and adapt communication style to a wide range of personalities
- Willingness to travel; valid driver s license and reliable transportation required
