Job Summary:
Golden Care Therapy NJ is seeking a compassionate and experienced ABA Therapist to join our team in Paterson, New Jersey. As an ABA Therapist, you will provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), using behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities. Our ABA Therapists play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, by following patients' treatment plan
Collect and submit data on an electronic data system
Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration
Collaborate with behavioral supervisors (BCBA) to ensure high-quality services

What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of $25 - $32 per hour

Requirements:
1 year of experience in special education or applied behavior analysis (Preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in home-based settings and interact with individuals with varying levels of autism and behavior needs
