LEASE-TO-RENT - TEAM DRIVERS
Earnings & Compensation
- Weekly Team Gross Revenue: $12,000-$20,000
- Revenue Per Mile: $2.20-$5.00
- Potential Weekly Take-Home: $2,200-$5,000 per driver
Weekly Expenses & Deductions
- Truck Fee: $950
- Insurance: $450
- Trailer: $250
- Administration: $150
- OCC/ACC: $70
- Depreciation: $0.15 per mile
- Service Fee: 20%
COMPANY TEAM DRIVERS
- Pay: $0.75-$1.00 CPM (split between drivers)
- Weekly Mileage: 5,000-7,000 miles
- Potential Weekly Take-Home: $1,800-$3,000 per driver
- Consistent freight and competitive mileage opportunities
- Dedicated dispatch and operational support

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 year of OTR experience
- Must operate as part of a TEAM
- No incomplete SAP programs
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
