Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and dependable HVAC Installer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial HVAC installation. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The HVAC Installer will assist with installing, replacing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems while providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install residential and commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
- Assist with installation of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
- Read and follow installation plans, blueprints, and job specifications.
- Safely use HVAC tools, equipment, and materials.
- Follow company procedures, building codes, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work alongside team members and communicate effectively with customers and supervisors.
- Complete assigned jobs efficiently and professionally.
- Be willing to work overtime and occasional extended hours as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-3 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Experience with residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and installation practices.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to lift equipment, work on ladders, and perform physical labor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- EPA certification is a plus.
