Seward Community Health Center

  • Full Time
  • Hours: 4 day work week
  • Employed
  • Average Patients seen: Typical patient volume of only 10-15 patients per day
  • Call Schedule: No on-call responsibilities
  • Sign-On Bonus: $7500
  • Compensation: Earning potential up to $165,000- Competitive base salary with additional opportunities for you to be rewarded for both long-term commitment and productivity- $135,000 - $150,000 base salary based on experience- Up to $7,500 annual productivity bonus through our wRVU incentive program - $7,500 annual retention bonus paid after one year of service and annually thereafter
  • Benefits: - $7,500 hiring bonus Time Off & Professional Development - Over six weeks of PTO annually; accrual starts immediately - 10 days of paid holiday time off annually - Two weeks of paid CME leave annually (prorated for the first year) - $3,000 annual CME allowance (prorated for the first year) Additional Benefits - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage - Retirement plan with employer contribution - Life and disability insurance - Employee Assistance Program - Temporary housing assistance may be offered, if available.

Find the work-life balance you've been looking for in a close-knit community, with world-class outdoor recreation right outside your door.Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program- AK license or ability to obtain- DEA registration- BLS certification- Strong commitment to rural and community-based healthcare- 2 or more years' professional experience required; preference for 5 years' experience with at least 2 years in Primary Care- Experience in women's health, OB, pediatrics, orthopedic or sports medicine, or working in a federally qualified health center preferred.
