Delphi Healthcare is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for Emergency Department/Urgent Care opportunities at Carthage Area Hospital in Carthage, NY , and Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg, NY .
Earn starting at $80 per hour with W2 employment while working a schedule that provides seven consecutive days off each rotation. This opportunity is suited to clinicians who enjoy hands-on care, efficient decision-making, and independent practice.
Opportunity Highlights

Weekend schedule: 6-hour shifts
Setting: Emergency Department/Urgent Care
Patient pace: Approximately 3 5 patients per hour
Coverage: Solo APP coverage with physician support available by phone
Malpractice: Insurance with tail coverage provided
An Opportunity for Confident, Independent Clinicians
Take an active role in evaluating and treating patients in a fast-paced setting, with organizational support from a physician-led group. This role requires comfort practicing as the sole on-site APP and recognizing when to consult the supporting physician.
Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
3+ years of Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience preferred
Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
Experience with suturing, splinting, and fracture care preferred
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage patient flow independently
