Position Highlights :
- Work-Life Balance: A predictable 7-on/7-off schedule. Days start at 7am and typically end by mid-afternoon.
- Desirable Practice Setting: An inpatient-only role in a growing, hospital-based heart program with 6 cath labs, cardiothoracic surgery and electrophysiology.
- Ideal Work Environment: A manageable census of 1012 patients, with about 1015 echo and EKG reads and about 4 TEEs a day. Epic is used across the system.
- Favorable Call Schedule: Phone-only call, limited to weekend nights during your on week.
- Culture & Support: A dedicated, experienced APC at each hospital handles initial evaluations. Youll work alongside interventional, CT surgery and EP colleagues.
- Leadership Opportunities: Help shape and grow the inpatient cardiology program
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive Compensation: $614,904 guaranteed base salary.
- Generous Quality Bonus: Up to $61,000 a year, based on achievable, team-based metrics.

- Degree:MD / DO
- Certifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
- Licensure: WI License or ability to obtain one
