A well-established, independent healthcare system in central Minnesota is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join its growing team! This is an exciting opportunity to build and expand a surgical ENT program with strong community demand, an established referral base, and the support of a collaborative healthcare organization.

Opportunity Highlights
- Exceptional compensation: $535,000 base salary + RVUs
- Generous recruitment package:
- $50,000 recruitment incentive
- $20,000 relocation assistance

- Ideal schedule: 3 clinic days + 1 surgical day, with flexibility for additional OR time
- Established patient demand: Approximately 10-20 surgeries/procedures monthly, with room for growth

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Interest in comprehensive surgical ENT and practice growth
