Primary Care Physician (PCP)

We're hiring a Primary Care Physician who wants strong earning potential, a predictable weekday schedule, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with senior patients while practicing quality-focused medicine without production pressure.
You'll step into an outpatient primary care role focused on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improving long-term health outcomes for older adults. With just 12-15 patients per day and an integrated clinical support team, you'll have the time and resources needed to prioritize quality care over patient volume.

• Experience in geriatrics or HEDIS quality measures is a plus
• Previous value-based care experience is welcomed but not required
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $235,000-$270,000 annually
• Potential first-year compensation exceeding $300,000
• Annual performance bonus opportunity up to 20% of base salary
