General Surgery Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $1746.00 - $1890.00

This facility is seeking a General Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off; rotating shifts of 7:00 AM-7:00 PM, 11:00 AM-11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM-11:00 AM. Call-only coverage.
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Types of Cases: Acute General Surgery, including trauma and emergency general surgery procedures. Provider will round on unassigned patients and manage admissions. Average patient volume is 32-36 patients per shift with support from 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days; temporary privileges not available
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Licensure Required: Active Tennessee license
