Gastroenterology Physician

An established, stable, and growing gastroenterology practice in southwest Virginia near the Tennessee and North Carolina borders is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join its team.

Position Highlights:

• Join a well-established, growing practice alongside one experienced Gastroenterologist
• Strong support from an experienced team of Advanced Practitioners
• Dedicated endoscopy suite with access to an on-site ambulatory surgery center
• 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient practice mix
• Inpatient census averages approximately 3 patients per day
• Opportunities to teach medical students and Family Medicine/Internal Medicine residents

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $680K $892K
• $200K retention bonus over 5 years
• Production bonus based on work RVUs
