Human Resources Generalist - upcoming opportunities

LHH Recruitment Solutions is proactively recruiting Human Resources Generalists in the Denver Metro Area for upcoming job opportunities with our clients. These opportunities may be temporary, temp-to-hire, or direct hire. Typical compensation is between $65,000 and $75,000 annually or the hourly rate equivalents. If the role is temporary or temp-to-hire, you will be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).
Typical Responsibilities:
-Recruiting and onboarding new employees
-Entering and updating employee information in the HRIS
-Conducting Employee Relations investigations
-Benefits and payroll administration
-Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
-Answering general HR inquiries from employees
-Tracking employee training
-All other related tasks as required
Typical Qualifications:
-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar Human Resources role
-Previous experience with HRIS software
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
Typical Compensation:
-Annual salary between $65,000 and $75,000 or the hourly rate equivalents
