Senior Human Resources Generalist
Please note that this job is 100% onsite in Gillette, WY. LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Human Resources Generalist job in Gillette, WY. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years ofrecent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $90,000 and $100,000 annually. You will also be eligible for this company's benefits package.
Responsibilities:
-Verifying employee, job, and pay rate data in the database
-Assisting with transitioning to a new HRIS software
-Managing Open Enrollment and answering benefits questions
-Recruiting and onboarding new employee
-Managing Employee Relations cases
-Implementing and document standard operating procedures for the HR department
-Answering employees' HR inquiries
-Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Previous experience with ADP and/or Rippling software preferred
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
-PHR, SHRM-CP certifications preferred
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent organizational skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Previous experience with HRIS software implementations preferred
-Experience working in a multi-entity organization preferred
Compensation:
-Annual salary between $90,000 and $100,000
