Outpatient Internal Medicine locums in Illinois with a predictable weekday clinic schedule and no call. You will see a Medicare-heavy panel with steady primary care volume and solid clinic support.

Practice Setting

• Outpatient clinic setting.
• Medicare population, majority of patients are age 65 plus.
• Traditional primary care, common conditions include diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, mild cognitive impairment, CHF, history of coronary artery disease.
• Support includes nurse practitioners, MA or scribe support, and RNs supporting the clinic as a whole.

Schedule

• Weekday coverage, Monday through Friday.
• Clinic hours are 8AM to 5PM.
• ASAP need with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
• No call.

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine also listed as acceptable for board certification requirements.
• Active Illinois license required, they will not wait for a license.
• DEA required, drug screen required.
