• You are a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• You hold an active Virginia Nurse Practitioner license or are eligible to obtain one

• You have strong independent clinical decision-making skills
• You value clinical autonomy and collaborative, team-based care

Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly compensation: $65-$76
• Estimated annual compensation: $135,200-$158,080 based on 40 hours per week
