POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a full-time adult SUD Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP or Dual Licensed PMHNP/FNP) for a Residential Treatment setting This full time, on-site role involves providing medical evaluations and treatment of SUD patients at facility under the supervision of the Medical Director for a residential setting. _

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide medical evaluations and treatment of SUD patients at facility under the supervision of the Medical Director for a residential setting.
- Work collaboratively with the medical and clinical staff in place for ongoing support.
- Full-time, 40 hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS - Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), experienced with Adults with Substance Use Disorders.
- Active Unrestricted License in the State of Kentucky.
- Active DEA in Kentucky.
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
