Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• High School completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Required Skills/Experience:
Support for ER, inpatient, and OR coverage is required.
Floating Requirements:
Float assignments may include the ED and Imaging Department, with potential float to Stevens Point, Plover, and Divine Savior. Fluoroscopy and OR coverage are also included in the float requirements.
Unit Details:
Equipment includes Samsung, Philips, GE, and Toshiba X-ray systems.
Shift & Scheduling:
PM shifts may be assigned.
On-call weekends are required.
Holiday rotation is every other holiday.
Travelers may be placed on call for low-census hours.
Flexible contract hours: Hours are not guaranteed during the week of orientation or when the unit is closed for holidays.
9 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years
1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
