Tow Truck Driver

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Tow Truck Driver to safely recover, load, transport, and deliver vehicles. The ideal candidate has strong driving skills, mechanical knowledge, and excellent customer service skills. This position requires flexibility, as shifts may fluctuate based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate tow trucks, including flatbeds and other specialized vehicles.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles.
• Respond to vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and roadside assistance calls.
• Perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and minor mechanical tasks when needed.
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate towing and service records.
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and emergency personnel.
• Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and vehicle securement requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tow Truck Driver.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CDL preferred/required based on the equipment and assignment.
• Experience operating flatbed tow trucks and vehicle recovery equipment.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle towing, loading, and securement procedures.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be available to work 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• Must be flexible, as shift schedules may fluctuate based on business needs.

Schedule: Flexible/Fluctuating Shifts - 1st, 2nd & 3rd
Experience: 2+ years as a Tow Truck Driver

Experience:

• Flatbed Tow Truck: 2 years (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Required)
• Night Shift (Required)
• Overnight Shift (Required)
