Commercial Plumber - Top Out & Trim Work - Phoenix Area
We're hiring an experienced Commercial Plumber for ongoing project work. Looking for plumbers with 4+ years of experience who are comfortable working independently on top out and trim phases of commercial construction.
Pay: $25-$38/hr DOE
Requirements:
- 4+ years of plumbing experience
- Experience with top out and trim work
- Commercial construction experience preferred
- Ability to read basic prints and layouts
- Experience with copper, PVC, cast iron, and fixture installation
- Reliable transportation and tools
Work Includes:
- Top out plumbing installation
- Fixture setting and trim out
- Installing water, waste, and vent systems
- Final connections and punch list work
