We are currently hiring Electronics Repair Technicians in Flower Mound, TX!
We have multiple opportunities available for candidates with varying levels of hands-on electronics repair experience.
We are looking for individuals who have experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, testing, and repairing electronic devices and components.
Candidates with advanced soldering, circuit board repair, and component-level troubleshooting experience are strongly encouraged to apply!
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, test, and repair electronic devices and components.
- Disassemble and reassemble electronic equipment.
- Identify defective components and perform necessary repairs.
- Use electronic testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
- Perform soldering and component-level repairs when applicable.
- Complete functional testing and quality inspections.
- Utilize computer systems to perform diagnostics and document repairs.
- Follow established repair procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous hands-on electronics repair or troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of electronic components, circuit boards, and repair procedures.
- Experience using hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
- Basic computer proficiency and accurate data-entry skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow technical instructions and repair procedures.
Preferred Skills
- Soldering and de-soldering experience.
- Surface-mount and through-hole soldering.
- Circuit board and component-level repair.
- Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, or other diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read electronic schematics.
- Experience repairing two-way radios or communication equipment.
- Previous Motorola equipment repair experience.
Pay Based on Experience
$17.00-$22.00 per hour
We are hiring for multiple technician levels!
Pay will be determined based on experience, technical knowledge, and qualifications.
Candidates with extensive soldering experience, advanced troubleshooting abilities, and component-level repair skills may qualify for higher pay rates.
