About the Role: Roc Comfort HVAC LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in New Rochelle, NY. Responsibilities: - Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Install and commission new HVAC units and components
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system performance and repair recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts documentation
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC service and repair experience required
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, refrigeration, and ventilation systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
