Welding Engineer who thrives on solving challenges, improving processes, and driving innovation in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:- Optimize robotic and resistance welding processes to improve quality, efficiency, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex welding challenges and implement lasting solutions.
- Partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement.
- Support new product launches, process development, and equipment improvements.
- Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, improve productivity, and strengthen manufacturing performance.
What We're Looking For- Bachelors in Welding/robotic engineering or equivalent, CWI, CWE or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years related technical experience with welding processes, robotic automation, projection welding, resistance welding systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to engineering challenges.
- Knowledge of robotic of robotic programing (i.e.: ABB, Fanuc)
- Experience with CAD preferred
- Automotive or fast paced manufacturing experience preferred.
