We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Wire Puller to assist with electrical installations by pulling, routing, and organizing electrical wire through conduit, cable trays, and other designated pathways. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

- Assist electricians with electrical installations and projects.
- Measure, cut, strip, and organize wire as directed.
- Feed wire through conduit while preventing damage, kinks, or tangles.
- Maintain proper wire labeling and organization.
- Load, unload, and move electrical materials and equipment.
- Use hand tools and basic electrical installation equipment.
- Follow instructions, project plans, and directions from supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA safety requirements.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Willingness to learn electrical installation techniques.
- Ability to follow directions and work safely.
- Previous electrical or wire-pulling experience is preferred but not required.
- Lift and carry materials and equipment as needed.
- Work in various environments, including construction sites and industrial facilities.
- Climb ladders and work in elevated areas when required.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
