Locums - Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Urology Opening (IMLC Welcome)

Clinical Role

• January 1, 2027 start
• Ongoing locums need
• Urology coverage for a Level III Trauma Center
• Assigned and unassigned patients
• Approximately 10 patients per shift
• Approximately 5 phone consults
• Admissions required

Schedule & Call

• 24-hour call coverage, 7:00 am-7:00 am
• 7-on/7-off schedule
• 20-minute response time required

Support & Systems

• Athena and Cerner EMR

Requirements & Credentialing

• Board Certified or Board Eligible required
• Active Indiana license required; IMLC welcome
• Fellowship training required
• ATLS and BLS required
