Practice Highlights
  • Outpatient primary care clinic with a patient panel of approximately 300 patients
  • Average of just 6-8 patients per day
  • Adult patients only (18+)
  • Responsibilities include acute visits, chronic care follow-ups, medication management, hospital follow-ups, and prescription refills
  • No annual physicals or wellness exams
  • No call responsibilities
Support & Environment
  • Fully staffed clinic with RN, MA, and additional support personnel
  • Established practice with a collaborative care team
  • Ideal for a physician seeking a lower-volume primary care setting
Requirements
  • Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (ABFM, ACOFP, ABIM, or AOBIM)
  • Active Pennsylvania license and DEA
  • Minimum 2-3 years of outpatient primary care experience within the last 2 years
  • Clean background preferred to facilitate credentialing
