Pain Management Physician

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM outpatient schedule with inpatient coverage as needed. One week of call coverage per month.

Patient Volume: Approximately 10-12 outpatient visits per day and 20-24 inpatient rehabilitation patients per day

EMR: Epic

Required Skills/Procedures: Botox injections, concussion management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, neurologic rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation medicine, and outpatient PM&R care

Board Certification: Board Certified Physiatrist (PM&R)

License Requirements: Active Indiana license, DEA, and Indiana CSR required

Additional Details: Inpatient and outpatient practice with rehabilitation-focused care. Responsibilities include inpatient rounding, acute rehabilitation management, care coordination, and outpatient follow-up. Strong clinical support from a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. Coverage anticipated through the end of 2027.
