Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Pay: $291 000 per year (DOE)
Overview:
Our medical practice in Los Angeles is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an integrated care team focused on quality, safety, and evidence-based medicine. New grads and experienced physicians alike are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including well visits, sick visits, physicals, and follow-up care, for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of conditions
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and cardiovascular conditions, including medication management and ongoing monitoring
- Deliver preventive care, including immunizations and screenings, with a focus on early detection
- Offer patient-centered counseling on lifestyle, nutrition, mental health, and disease prevention
- Document encounters, orders, and care plans accurately in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and team members to optimize clinic flow and patient access, and coordinate referrals and continuity of care
Qualifications:
- Active, current Physician (MD/DO) licensure in California
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Experience with an urban or diverse patient population preferred
- Familiarity with value-based care, population health, or quality metrics preferred
- Bilingual a plus
