Position Overview

NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking a board-certified physician with urgent care experience and a clean background for an urgent care opportunity in Tallahassee, Florida.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat common acute illnesses and non-life-threatening injuries.

• Perform minor urgent care procedures within the provider s training and scope, including suturing, wound care, incision and drainage, and splinting.

• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing.

• Identify patients requiring emergency department evaluation or specialty referral.

• Complete accurate, timely medical documentation.

• Collaborate with clinical staff to support quality care and patient flow.

Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Florida medical license.

• Board certification required.

• Urgent care experience required.

• Clean professional background required.

• Comfortable managing acute presentations and performing minor urgent care procedures.

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
