Provide personalized carewithin your specialty and scope of practice, with opportunities to care forpatients across the lifespan for Family Medicine physicians and adult patientsfor Internal Medicine physicians.
Position Highlights

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accreditedmedical school
- Active, unrestrictedCalifornia medical license
- Board Certified or BoardEligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current DEA registration andBLS certification
- ACLS certification preferred
- Experience in primary care,chronic disease management, value-based care, and population health
- Strong communication skillsand a commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary of $317,053- $380,464, plus bonus opportunities
- Quarterly Incentive Plan:Opportunity to earn up to 15% of quarterly earnings
