We are looking for a determined, high energy, well-organized individual for the position of Dental Ceramist to join our Ward Dental Laboratory located in Brighton, Michigan.
Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.

Responsibilities:
-Responsible for producing the esthetics that our customers have come to expect
-Responsible for facial cutback layering of porcelain, contouring, and glazing of high end anterior and posterior zirconia and e.max restorations
-Proficiency in full contour crown and bridge contouring and stain and glaze
-Ability to produce artistic, esthetic, and consistent, high-quality porcelain and staining work
-Ability to do final quality inspection of crown and bridge cases with efficiency
-Ability to match and create custom shades and meet tight deadlines
-Operate a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment
-Maintain clean equipment and work area
-All other duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, terminology, and techniques preferred
-Minimum of 3 years experience in porcelain layering, contouring, and finishing of ceramic restorations
-High level of attention to detail with exceptional quality standards
-Strong communication skills
-Excellent hand/eye coordination
-Ability to utilize magnification goggles for extended periods of time
-Team player is a must with willingness to learn new responsibilities
-High School diploma or equivalent required
