What Youll Do
Evaluate patients and develop individualized chiropractic treatment plans.
Provide adjustments using Activator, Diversified full-spine, and drop-table techniques.
Educate patients on home exercises, wellness, and maintaining their progress.
Monitor patient outcomes and maintain timely, accurate documentation.
Work with the office team to deliver a welcoming, efficient patient experience.
Gradually take on greater responsibility for the office as the owner transitions toward retirement.
What Were Looking For
Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program.
Active Minnesota chiropractic license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong adjusting, communication, and patient relationship skills.
A dependable, collaborative approach and commitment to quality care.
Interest in a long-term role with the potential to lead the office.
Compensation & Opportunity
$85K annually depending on experience + Bonus opportunities
