About Us
Florida Supply USA is an established aviation parts distribution company serving commercial, military, and government customers in the United States and internationally.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to join our team in Orlando.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
Prepare, pack, and ship domestic and international orders.
Process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update our ERP system.
Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping documentation.
Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.
Coordinate with our sales, purchasing, and logistics teams.
Assist with general warehouse operations and daily tasks.
Requirements
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.
Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping procedures.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving packages.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in aviation, aircraft parts, or aerospace distribution.
Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems.
Experience with international shipping and export documentation.
