Both sites are seeking an experienced Radiation Oncologist to join their team starting in December. Coverage will be split between both sites:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Clinic + call. Closed Sat/Sun
location 1 M, W, F 8a-430p
Location 2 T and TH 8a-430p
Patient Population: 100% adult
Outpatient vs Inpatient: Primarily OP (95%) with occasional IP (5%)
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 25
Required Duties, Procedures, Skills, etc: 3d radiotherapy, conventional radiotherapy, external radiation: 3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT, fractioned sterotactic radiotherapy, order tests and images, prescribe, stereotactic body radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery,
Support staff: Effective 12/1, there will only be 1 FT oncologist to cover 2 locations. There is no APP coverage. Lab, imaging, etc services are available on site on hospital campus.
Documentation System/EMR: Aria for Radiation Oncology/Cerner for hospital
Submission Requirements
ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT THE TIME OF NAME CLEAR
- Board Certified in Radiation Oncology REQUIRED
- Active Michigan license REQUIRED at time of submission
- DEA REQUIRED
- Clean Malpractice/background REQUIRED
- Local providers PREFERRED
- Acknowledge coverage is for both sites in additional information
