Recruiter (contract)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Recruiter for a 3 month contract assignment. This role supports approximately 300 employees and provides hands-on assistance with recruiting, employee relations, and HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting, including candidate screening, interviews, scheduling, offers, and compensation discussions
- Partner with managers on staffing needs and employee relations matters
- Assist with recruiting events, onboarding, compliance, and HR projects
- Support performance management, employee development, compensation, benefits, and engagement programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Progressive experience with recruiting, employee relations, employment law, and organizational development
- Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms, and recruiting systems; SuccessFactors experience preferred
- PHR or equivalent certification preferred
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Position Details
- Contract Pay: $35-$40 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with flexibility to adjust hours as needed
- Hybrid: In office Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; remote Mondays and Fridays
- Interview Process: Video interview, with a possible in-person follow-up
- Candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check and a drug screening.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
