A healthcare organization in Southern Alabama is looking for MRI Technologists to join its growing imaging team!
Position Highlights:

Primarily late shifts (approximately 7 PM 3:30 AM)

Candidates with MRI-only certification considered

Collaborative and supportive healthcare environment
Responsibilities:
-
Perform diagnostic MRI examinations
-
Screen patients for MRI safety risks and contraindications
-
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
-
Operate MRI scanners and obtain diagnostic-quality images
-
Administer contrast media as appropriate
-
Evaluate images for quality and accuracy
-
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
-
Follow MRI safety protocols and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
-
Graduation from a radiology program approved by ARRT, ARDMS, or NMTCB
-
Registration in a primary technologist pathway within 12 months of hire
-
BLS certification within six months of hire
-
ARRT MRI registration preferred
-
3+ years of MRI experience preferred
-
ACLS certification and undergraduate degree preferred
