Responsibilities:
-
Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations
-
Provide imaging services in the emergency department, surgery, and other hospital areas
-
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
-
Follow radiation safety protocols
-
Maintain accurate patient records and PACS documentation
-
Communicate relevant patient history to radiologists
-
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications:
-
Graduation from an approved Radiologic Technology program
-
ARRT registration within one year of graduation or hire
-
CPR certification required
-
2+ years of imaging experience preferred
-
Ability to respond to the hospital within 30 minutes when on call
-
Strong patient care and communication skills
