Responsibilities:

Administer accurate radiation treatments according to physician prescriptions

Operate and properly position radiation therapy equipment

Ensure correct patient positioning and treatment setup

Monitor patients for adverse reactions during treatment

Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
-
Collaborate with radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals

Follow established radiation safety and treatment protocols
Qualifications:
-
Associate degree or equivalent from an accredited Radiation Medicine program required

Current Massachusetts Radiation Therapy license required prior to start

Knowledge of radiation therapy procedures and equipment
-
Ability to accurately position patients and prepare treatment equipment

Strong analytical and patient care skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
