Dedicated Driver Overview
- Pay built to last. Earn up to $100,000 per year, with base pay starting at 70CPM and top drivers averaging $1,840 per week.
- Home time you can plan around. Get home weekly for at least a 34-hour reset, so you can recharge before your next run.
- Miles that keep you moving. Run 1,800-2,200 miles per week on a dedicated account covering IN, MI, IL, and OH, with 2,200-2,700 miles per week during peak season.
- Flexibility that pays off. Lanes can run days or nights, and backhauls keep your wheels turning. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with 6-day weeks during peak season.

Driver Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 6+ months of recent OTR experience
- No substance abuse program enrollment within the last 10 years
- Must live within 50 miles of Galesburg, MI (park at the Target DC in Galesburg) or within 40 miles of Chicago, IL (park at the Channahon, IL lot)
