We believe great dentistry starts with great communication. We re looking for someone who can connect with patients, explain treatment plans clearly, and help them take the next step toward a healthier, more confident smile.
The best part? We re flexible! We are open to discussing either a full-time or part-time schedule, and Fridays are always off.

WHAT YOU LL DO
- Present and explain recommended treatment plans to patients
- Help patients understand the value, timing, and benefits of their proposed dental care
- Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and available payment options
- Follow up with patients who have outstanding treatment plans
- Coordinate treatment appointments and communicate with the clinical team
- Build trust and establish positive relationships with patients
- Help patients navigate their dental care with confidence and clarity
- Keep treatment plans and patient communications organized and up to date
WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous dental treatment coordination or dental front-office experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A friendly, professional, and patient-centered approach
- Someone who takes initiative, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a team environment
