We are currently seeking a full-time Dentist (30 hours per week) to join our team at the Bledsoe Correctional Complex located in Pikeville, TN.
This is a unique opportunity to provide meaningful, comprehensive dental care in a supportive correctional healthcare environment while enjoying a predictable 10-hour day-shift schedule and excellent work-life balance .
The Dentist provides comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of incarcerated patients, including:
Routine recall examinations
Simple extractions
Restorative procedures
Prosthetic services
Prophylaxis and fluoride treatments
Endodontic treatments
Preventive and ongoing dental care
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD
- Active, unrestricted Tennessee dental license
- Active, unrestricted DEA registration
- Ability to successfully pass background, drug screening and credentialing
Schedule
- Full-time
- 10-hour day shifts
- 3 days per week
- Monday Friday schedule
- No nights, holidays, or weekends
