Hospitalist Physician Assistant position with flexible full-time and part-time scheduling options, offering a high level of autonomy and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, team-oriented hospital medicine program.
Details:
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- 7-on / 7-off scheduling model with predictable shifts
- Day shift: 7:00 am 5:00 pm (average 12 patients per shift)
- Swing shift: 4:00 pm 2:00 am (average 7 8 admissions per shift)
- Highly autonomous role within a supportive team structure
- No direct ICU coverage (physician support available for medical management when needed)
- Active participation in codes and rapid response events when applicable
- Daily team huddles and monthly meetings focused on collaboration and patient experience
- Utilizes EPIC and internal informatics platforms
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospitalist experience preferred
- Board certification as a Physician Assistant required
- Strong culture of teamwork, professional development, and community involvement
Compensation:
- $120,000+ depending on shift plus incentives that can add quite a bit to annual earnings - Commencement bonus and relocation
