About the Role
We're looking for licensed, goal-driven life insurance agents who are passionate about helping Americans protect what matters most. In this full-time W2 role, you'll handle inbound consumer inquiries and provide expert guidance on life insurance products tailored to their needs.

What we offer:
A base salary with Quarterly Increases plus a LUCRATIVE 6-Figure bonus

Sign-On Bonus Eligibility and Conditions
We have approved a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new Licensed Call Centre Advisors hired in November who are willing to work the third shift. 11-8
This incentive is intended to support our recruitment efforts, particularly in attracting candidates from the West Coast. However, the bonus is available to all eligible November hires who agree to work the third shift, regardless of their geographic location.
Bonus Amount: $1,000.
Eligible Hires: New employees hired during November 2026.
Shift Requirement: Employees must be hired to work 11-8 EST SHIFT
Probationary Period: Employees must successfully complete their 90-day probationary period to get the $1000
Good Standing: Employees must be in good standing at the completion of their probationary period.
