Position Offers
- Competitive pay: $80,636 $104,809 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for the nursing program, including curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation
- Ensure program compliance with Florida Board of Nursing regulations and accreditation standards
- Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing faculty and staff
- Oversee student admissions, progression, and outcomes, including licensure exam performance
- Develop and maintain clinical partnerships with healthcare facilities in the community
- Manage program budgets, reporting, and strategic planning
- Foster a supportive, student-centered learning environment
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Florida RN license
- Master's degree or higher in nursing
- Nursing leadership or administrative experience
- Experience in nursing education or academic settings preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
