About the Role: Angels Health Service LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in West Chester, PA. Responsibilities: - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
- Transport and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
- Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
Requirements: - Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a caring demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
