Food Production - 2nd Shift

Join a well-established dairy/food manufacturing team and play a key role in producing quality cheese products from start to finish. In this hands-on Processor/Operator position, you'll rotate through stages of the production process, follow established production standards, and help ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations-while working a consistent schedule with strong benefits and opportunities to grow.

Wage: $22.49 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday 11:00AM to 7:30PM
One weekend a month

• Ability to follow defined production standards, procedures, and work instructions
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with repetitive motions and physical work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently (including team-lifting crates of cheese)
• Strong reliability and great attendance
• Ability to complete required production documentation/paperwork accurately
• Ability to follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety expectations

• Prior experience in food manufacturing or dairy production
• Experience with sanitation and/or packaging processes
• Familiarity with quality control checks or production counting/recordkeeping

• High School Diploma preferred
• 3+ years of related experience preferred (manufacturing/production experience is a plus)

• Schedule: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday-Friday, plus every third weekend
  • When working a weekend, you'll receive a weekday off the previous week and a weekday off the next week
• Must be able to work in a team setting and assist in other areas of the plant as needed
• Must be comfortable with cleaning and sanitation responsibilities as assigned
