- Daily Patient Volume: Approximately 5 patients
- Annual Heart Cases: Facility manages around 80 heart cases per year (pre-COVID volumes were 110)

- November 25 to December 1, 2024
- December 30, 2024 to January 7, 2025

Requirements
- Licensing: Must hold an active Utah medical license and Utah DEA registration
- Board Certification: Physician must be Board Certified and Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Surgery
- Experience: Preference for candidates with recent experience in high-volume cardiovascular procedures
Support and Facility Information
- Support Staff: Includes one Advanced Practice Provider (APP), one Medical Assistant (MA), one Medical Office Specialist (MOS), and one Registered Nurse (RN)
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
- Temporary Privileges Available: Facility can expedite privileges for candidates with clean files
