What You ll Do
- Provide anesthesia care for cardiac surgery patients.
- Support a full spectrum of cardiac care services.
- Provide anesthesia support in the CVOR.
- Support procedures in the cath lab and EP lab.
- Support cardiac imaging services.
- Collaborate with the cardiac care and operating room teams.
- Manage an assignment typically involving one surgery patient per day.
What You Need
Required - Fellowship training in cardiothoracic or cardiac anesthesiology.
- Full-spectrum cardiac anesthesia experience.
- CVOR experience; cath lab-only experience does not meet the assignment requirements.
- Upload case logs for consideration.
Preferred - Experience supporting cath/EP lab procedures and cardiac imaging.
About the Assignment
This cardiac anesthesia assignment is located at a leading facility in Tacoma, Washington. Operating rooms are currently located at Tacoma General, with a planned move to a standalone hospital setting beginning May 16. The practice supports cardiac surgery, cath/EP lab services, and cardiac imaging.
