What You ll Do
- Provide nursing care to patients presenting to the Emergency Room.
- Support Med Surg patients as needed based on facility census and patient needs.
- Assess patients, prioritize care, and respond to changing clinical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments within RN scope of practice.
- Collaborate with nurses, nursing assistants, unit secretaries, and other care team members.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in the facility s Athena EMR.
- Deliver safe, compassionate care in a critical access hospital environment.
What You Need
Required - Active Kansas RN license or multistate RN license.
- Current AHA certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in both Emergency Room and Med Surg settings.
Preferred - Previous travel nursing experience.
- Emergency Room and Med Surg nursing experience.
