What You ll Do
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical cases across multiple specialties.
- Perform orthopedic anesthesia procedures, including regional blocks.
- Provide medical direction for CRNAs while also managing individual cases.
- Care for patients of all ages, primarily in an outpatient setting.
- Manage anesthesia services for ENT procedures and other ambulatory cases.
- Collaborate with CRNAs and the surgical team to support safe, efficient patient care.
- Document patient care and anesthesia services in EPIC.
What You Need
Required: - Board Certification in Anesthesiology; board eligibility is not accepted.
- Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC LOQ.
- Active DEA registration.
- Current PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications.
- Orthopedic anesthesia experience with strong regional block skills.
Preferred: - 2+ years of anesthesiology experience.
- Experience in an ambulatory surgery center.
- Experience providing both medical direction and hands-on anesthesia care.
