What You ll Do
- Provide outpatient neurology care for adult patients.
- Evaluate, treat, and monitor established and returning patients.
- Manage neurological conditions including migraines, stroke, seizures, multiple sclerosis, sleep disorders, and restless leg syndrome.
- See approximately patients per day, with visits typically scheduled every 30 minutes.
- Document patient care in the EPIC electronic medical record.
- Collaborate with three advanced practice providers and nursing staff.
- Provide care in a clinic setting; no procedures, EMGs, or sleep studies are required.
What You Need
Required - Board certification
- Active New Hampshire medical license
- BLS certification
- DEA registration
- At least 1 year of experience
- Provider name and NPI for credentialing
Preferred - Current New Hampshire licensure at the time of application
- Availability for full-time coverage
